I travelled to Molson Lake situated northeast of Norway House. What a pristine land! I could smell the summer mosses and lichens that grew on the rocky shores. Trees were numerous and the air held a sense of calm. The place felt ancient, you could sense this was a sacred area that my ancestors may have visited for purpose. I felt profound connection to this land, this is mino-pimatisiwin.
