CANCELLATION POLICY:

Aski Holistic Adventures

Because our programs operate in a remote wilderness setting with limited group sizes and advance preparation, the following policy applies to all tours, courses, and retreats:

·       Deposits are non-refundable and secure your spot.

·       Cancellations made 14+ days before the start date are eligible for a refund minus a $250 administrative fee.

·       Cancellations made less than 14 days before the start date are non-refundable.

·       Guests may transfer their registration to another person with prior approval.

·       Rescheduling or program credits may be offered at our discretion, depending on availability.

·       Programs require minimum enrollment. If we cancel due to low enrollment, weather, safety, or unforeseen circumstances, guests will receive a full refund or credit.

·       In rare emergency situations, partial credits may be offered on a case-by-case basis.

·       We strongly recommend travel insurance, especially due to our remote location.
