CANCELLATION POLICY:

We are a business run in a remote wilderness location and thus we need a longer grace period for cancellations. Our cancellation policy states that guests must provide a minimum of 30 days notice to reschedule or cancel their tour/course.

 

If a guest cancels 30 days before the tour/course date, they will receive a refund minus $100 (administration fee).

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for cancellations made less than 30 days before the start of the tour/course date.

 

However, we will provide a full refund if we cancel the event due to weather, health, or other reasons. We believe this policy strikes a fair balance between customer satisfaction and the need to protect our business. We appreciate your understanding.
