Log Cabin Course
May 25-29
Four days covering the basics of starting a log cabin and the details of the "Norwegian Notch"
Everything will take place at our wilderness lodge. To get here we will drive you by boat along the Sask River to our home. Enjoy a stay in one of our cozy rustic cabins. All meals provided. We have spent generations living on the land, building our homes with the resources in our backyards. This is our opportunity to share our knowledge gathering through the years on how to live on the land, off-grid, and building log homes.
Your instructors are:
Michela Carriere for Chainsaw safety and basics. She is the owner/operator of Aski, with a lifetime of living in the woods.
