Escape II Bike Adventure - February 22-24, 2025

The Escape the Hooved Man bike adventure is back for another weekend, and it’s time for YOU to take on the wild challenge. Join us for an unforgettable adventure at Aski Holistic Adventures, a family-run, off-grid lodge nestled deep in the heart of the Saskatchewan River Delta.

What started as a small gathering of friends has grown into one of the most anticipated winter bike events in northern Saskatchewan —and this year, we are doing a SECOND weekend!!

Event Details:

- Date: February 22-24, 2025

- Time: Meet at the Vee Trail Parking Location at 1:00 p.m. (Don’t miss the turn along HW123 — if you start seeing signs for 50km, you’ve gone too far, when in doubt, just follow DAVE)

- From there, we’ll load up your gear and you can ride 16 km to our remote, off-grid lodge, enjoy a rest, a hearty meal, and a chance to hear the famous Hooved Man story—an experience you won’t soon forget.

-We have bikes available for rent for only 100$ for the whole weekend

-You can bike, ski, or run the trails! We welcome all adventurers, even if you just want to spectate the event, you can hop on a Skidoo and ride in!

At night, the real adventure begins! The Escape the Hooved Man race will start around 7p.m., with racers sent off in timed intervals. The course is 30 km of amazingly groomed trails through the wilderness—do you have what it takes to survive the Hooved Man and finish strong? The current course record is held by a Saskatchewan rider but we have a feeling this year could be the year for new champions and records!

We are working on finding prizes for all riders, but the true glory is in escaping the mysterious Hooved Man and completing the race in one piece!

Sunday is a relaxing day, up to you to bike, sauna, or visit as much as you want! Lots of trails to explore, and the best part is all the amazing deep discussions. Monday is departure day, a nice 16km ride back to your vehicles.

*First aid is available on-site, but it is your responsibility to do the race at your own risk, we are far from the hospital, so be safe and be prepared!
